Justin Caballero
President
Justin oversees the overall success of the business. He has successfully remodeled several hundred houses throughout his career. In 2022, Justin was selected to the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s (NKBA) 30 under 30 class. Before co-founding Revive with his father, Justin co-founded Total Property Solutions. TPS is a renovation management company that has renovated more than 285 properties across over 20 states for hedge funds, private equity firms and banks. Justin graduated from Ole Miss and enjoys spending time reading, working out, and spending time on the beach and on his boat.
David Caballero
CEO
David oversees the overall success of the business. He has been in the real estate industry for 35 years. He is a founding partner of one of the largest owners of single family rental homes in the country and has successfully remodeled thousands of homes. David attended LSU and loves to enjoy time on the beach and on his boat.
Austin Morrison
Senior Vice President
Austin is responsible for the oversight of business operations. Prior to joining Revive, he was a lead clinical pharmacy specialist in infectious diseases at Moffitt Cancer Center overseeing implementation of protocols and standards of practice vital to improving patient care and cost-effective healthcare. His operational background in healthcare enabled him to transition into the role at Revive. Austin graduated from the University of Mississippi and University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy School with a doctorate in pharmacy. He enjoys spending time with his friends, dog, working out, and traveling.
Jorge Estiu
Vice President of Production
Jorge leads project management and vendor relations. Jorge has 5+ years of construction and home remodeling experience. Jorge grew up in Tampa, FL and was raised around the construction trades since he was born. His passions include baseball, construction and spending quality time with his family.
Dylan Hunt
Vice President of Operation
Dylan has been in the construction industry for 10+ years. He loves serving the clients and making their dream design come true. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys fishing, watching college football, and loves being a dad.
Victor Pena
Project Manager
Victor has been in the construction business since 1998 and he has experience in residential and commercial remodeling. Victor is originally from Colombia, lived in Chicago for a few years, and then moved to Florida and fell in love with the weather and the people. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends.

Joseph helps client’s plan their home remodels. Joe is from Tampa, Florida. Growing up with family in the construction and real estate industries, he developed a passion for the business. A graduate from the University of Tampa, he enjoys fishing, cheering for Tampa sports and working out.
Matt Mason
Remodeling Consultant
Matt helps client’s plan their home remodels. Matt has 8+ years of business start-up experience. He graduated from Indiana University with a bachelors in business management and owned and operated 3 businesses before developing a passion for real estate and home remodeling. His passions also include fitness, socializing, and spending time with his dog.
Jenna Williams
Remodeling Consultant
Jenna helps client’s plan their home remodels. Jenna is originally from Australia and moved to Florida where she earned her certification as an Interior Designer through the University of Miami. She is very happily married and the mother of two beautiful children. Her passion is mediation and she is a certified trauma informed sound bowl practitioner.
Mary Galske
Remodeling Consultant
Mary helps client’s plan their home remodels. She has a career background in marketing and furniture design. Mary’s passion for home improvement and interior design is coupled by her upbringing in the remodel industry and her interest in fashion and trends. She enjoys painting, playing tennis, and practicing yoga in her free time.
Thalia Pierola
Remodeling Consultant
Thalia was born and raised in Tampa, FL, and studied Business Administration at the University of South Florida. Before Revive, Thalia worked as a Portfolio Manager, overseeing tenant relations and management of multiple commercial properties representing over 2 million sq ft. In her free time, Thalia loves spending time with her 3 dogs which are all rescues, and loves to be by the water either fishing or paddle-boarding.
Kayla Hankins
Remodeling Consultant
Kayla was born and raised in New Smyrna Beach, FL. She graduated from the University of Central Florida. Before Revive, she worked in commercial real estate on an office & industrial investment sales team. In her free time, Kayla likes to work out, go to the beach, and spend time with her dog, Honey.

Lena Khoja
Lead Designer
Lena assists homeowners with working through the details of space planning and material selections. She has a BFA in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Tampa. She has many years experience in both residential & commercial design. She is passionate about using her experience to transform her client’s vision and investment to life. Lena loves to travel and has visited over 20 countries. She feels like traveling expands her creativity and inspires her to apply new design concepts into her work.
Rachel Simpson
Designer
Rachel assists homeowners with working through the details of space planning and material selections. Rachel attended the Art Institute of Tampa and received her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts with a concentration on Interior Design in 2012, she had specialized in high-end residential remodels and new construction in the Tampa Bay area for over a decade, her “superpower” is space planning. Reconfiguring spaces to optimize function and create the most optimized footprint makes her an extreme asset in kitchen and bathroom configurations. Outside of her career Rachel has her hands full being a proud mother to a beautiful baby boy and loves being active.
Manny Bermudez
Cabinet Designer
Manny has 7+ years of home remodeling and design experience. Being able to lay down an idea on a 3D picture and have it come to life is a great accomplishment, but the part he enjoys the most is seeing the homeowner’s reaction to their home. In his free time, Manny enjoys going to car shows, going mudding, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Nicole Mestre
Cabinet Designer
Nicole has 5 years of experience as a kitchen designer and 3 years as a project manager. She fell in love with the kitchen design after she moved to Aspen, Colorado, and landed her first job doing this. Nicole was born and raised in Tampa, and in her free time, she enjoys eating at restaurants with her fiancé.
Maddie Johnson
Designer
Maddie studied Interior Architecture & Design at UCLA and has a passion for designing spaces that fit the unique needs and styles of each client. Prior to discovering her passion for interior design, she was a Senior Consultant in a Business Management consulting firm and has an additional 5 years of experience in the graphic design industry. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, drawing, and traveling.
Annabeth Trans
Design Consultant
Annabeth went to school at San Diego Mesa College in San Diego, CA, and received her Associate in Science in interior design. In her past job, she worked as a home stager where she staged multimillion-dollar homes in Southern California. She also has experience as an AutoCAD draftsman at a geotechnical engineering firm, where she did environmental soil testing for both residential and commercial development. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new areas, and she’s a big foodie! Annabeth is a native of Tampa, born and raised for 4 generations.

Rafael Lantigua
Assistant Project Manager
Rafael assists in project management and job oversight. He also supports all our construction crews with the remodels and makes sure that project materials are picked up and delivered on time.
Khaleb Fernandez
Assistant Project Manager
Khaleb has 4 years of construction experience. 2 of which were actually doing kitchen cabinet demolition and installment, as well as bathroom vanities. Outside of work, Khaleb likes to spend time playing basketball, and playing music on his electrical bass. He just moved to the Tampa area and likes trying new places to see what experiences the city has to offer him.
Eric Huber
Project Manager
Eric was born in Florida and grew up in the ‘burg. His first experience in construction was building condos out at Terra Verde and he has more than 15 years of construction experience. Owner/Operator of a small design/build in Atlanta. He spent the last few years in the REO and private equity sector renovating single and multi-family homes. Eric enjoys spending time with his family near the water fishing, beach, and boating.
Bruce Oliver
Project Manager
Bruce is originally from Philadelphia and he started doing renovations and construction in 2005 then moved to Tampa in 2014. In his free time, he likes working out, playing golf, billiards, and spending time with his daughter.
Kevin Maxfield
Project Manager
Kevin is originally from Toledo, Ohio. He went to school at the University of Cincinnati and he has been living in Florida for the past 18 years. Before Revive, he was a senior project manager for a large single-family home buyer for the past 6 years. In his free time, Kevin enjoys playing golf, kiteboarding, boating, and traveling.
Daniel Frost
Project Manager
Daniel has been in the residential building and remodeling business for 40+ years. He started as a carpenter building custom homes in Ohio in the early 80’s and ended up owning his own very successful remodeling business in Ohio for 27 years until he moved to Florida in 2020. Since coming to Florida he has experienced being in the custom home building mostly. Outside of work, Daniel loves playing cards with his wife and relaxing in their community with neighbors. He also enjoys golfing, watching many sports, and also loves to travel and sightseeing around Florida and the United States.
Richard Hendershort
Project Manager
Richard has been in the construction business for over 40 years and fell in love with kitchen and bathroom remodeling 25 years ago and has been doing it for 18 years. Richard enjoys boating, riding motorcycle, and playing with his 2 ShihTzu dogs.
Jose Dupuy
Project Manager
Jose, a Baton Rouge native, brings over a decade of hands-on experience in construction to our team. Born into a family deeply rooted in construction, Jose has honed his skills and expertise over the years. His commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail make him a valuable asset to our projects. Outside of work, Jose’s passions include sports and spending time with his family. Whether it’s cheering on his favorite teams or enjoying outdoor activities with loved ones, Jose finds joy in every moment. His dedication to his craft and his unwavering commitment to this family are at the core of everything he does.

Project Manager
Christian has 3+ years of experience in the construction business. He enjoys the challenges he faces with every project and works hard to overcome them. Christian is originally from Ohio but moved to Florida because he was tired of the cold winters. On his time off, Christian enjoys watching sports and any water activity.
John Herbert
Project Manager
John has over 25 years of experience in construction and remodeling. In his free time, John enjoys hunting, fishing, and gardening. He is an avid sports enthusiast and spends most weekends in his woodworking shop.

Anastasia Pashollari
Accounts Payable Specialist
Anastasia has 10+ years of experience in Accounting and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Management, she has experience in different fields of Accounting. Anastasia was raised in Greece and is a multilingual person with proficiencies in English, Greek, and Albanian. Outside of work, Anastasia enjoys spending time with her kids and her family. Her passion is traveling and exploring different countries and cultures.
May Ibarra
Permitting Manager / Operations Specialist
May oversees the permitting and purchasing process for each project. She is a Tampa native and attended the University of South Florida. Her passions include fitness, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
Alyssa George
Scheduling Coordinator
Alyssa works in ensuring our projects run in a timely and organized manner. She relocated to Florida from Illinois 5 years ago and fell in love with the Tampa Bay Area. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, relaxing on a beach and spending time with family and friends
Silvia Hernandez
Scheduling Coordinator
Silvia has 2+ years of experience as a scheduling coordinator. She used to work for an interior painting company, and she was the lead coordinator. Silvia was in charge of communicating with the subs, vendors, and managers. She was also in charge of the renovation process from start to finish. In her free time, she loves visiting theme parks and spending time with her family.
Millie Feria Ortiz
Appointment Setter
Millie has 10 years of experience in customer service, she has a strong dedication to helping customers resolve issues and cultivating a positive image of the company. Proven ability to listen attentively, solve problems quickly and efficiently, and create high-quality professional relationships with customers. Millie is from Peru, and outside of work she loves to spend time with her family and friends, loves traveling, and likes to volunteer at animal shelters.
Carly Vaccaro
Purchasing Manager
Carly reviews and processes purchase orders, schedules deliveries, and ensures timely fulfillment of orders. Before working with Revive, Carly worked for 3 years with a discounted home-buying company and she would help supervise the projects and handle all materials. In her free time, she likes to go to the beach and take her dog on sunset bayshore walks.
Brayant Rodriguez
Electrician
Brayant has been doing electrical work for 13 years, he moved to the United States when he was 13 years old and has been living in Florida ever since. In his free time, Brayant likes to spend time with his family, travel, and see new places.
Maureen Foy
Scheduling Coordinator
Maureen communicates with the clients, crews and managers across each project to ensure all remodels are preformed in a timely and orginazed manner. Maureen has worked in various roles building client relationships with open communication and quality craftsmanship within home renovation industry. Maureen enjoys being a member of a team striving to achieve the best project outcome for all our clients. Outside of work she enjoys spending her time cooking, reading and spending quality time with family and friends.
Karen Paulaskas
Purchasing Manager
Karen brings a wide range of skills to her position as purchasing manager after having recently relocated from the Chicagoland area. She and her husband are enjoying the weather, restaurants, and events throughout Tampa.
Daniel Brister
Showroom Manager
Daniel has been in the flooring industry his entire professional career. He is a third generation in his family in the flooring business. He installed all types of finishes flooring for 8 years, then went into management and sales for 5 years. Daniel has a strong passion for flooring, as it’s his legacy. His mother and father still work in the industry 40+ years later. Daniel enjoys the beach and riding his motorcycle.
