Step 1: Demolition
Our team will demo the entire project typically in one day (sometimes two). We will prep the area before demolition including covering floors and taping off doorways as necessary. We provide trailers, haul away all materials, and dispose of all waste properly in the city dumps.
Step 2: MEP rough-in (mechanical, electrical and plumbing)
During this time our team is moving all the plumbing and electrical needed. If any framing is required we will do this right after demolition as well.
Step 3: Flooring
If applicable we may be laying down new flooring for you. Timelines simply depend on the amount of work to be performed. Some flooring such as LVP flooring will be laid after cabinets are installed to ensure product warranty is maintained.
Step 4: Cabinets Installation
Our professional cabinet installers will install the majority of your cabinets within 2-5 days depending on the number of cabinets and scope of work. Please note there is usually a cabinetry punch list to be completed towards the end of the project as well. Common punch list cabinet items include installation of crown, light rails, toe kicks, switch out a door, installing hardware, etc.
Step 5: Countertop Installation
Please note that it usually takes 10-14 days for the countertop fabricators to measure the countertop template, fabricate and install the countertops. Typically there is not a lot, if any, work to be done while we wait for the countertops to be installed.
Step 6: Trim Out
We are in the final stretch! This phase may include paint, backsplash, plumbing and electrical fixture installation, etc.
Step 7: Punch List
We create a final punch list with you. Rest assured that we will complete 100% of the scope of work to leave you with a beautiful new space!

Step 3: Tile Installation
This is oftentimes the longest and most labor intensive part of a bathroom remodel. The timelines for this process vary greatly depending on the scope of work.
Step 4 (if applicable): Cabinet Installation
If semi-custom/custom cabinetry is to be installed, this process is very similar to a kitchen remodel. Vanity cabinetry installation typically takes 1-3 days depending on the size.
Followed by: Countertop Installation
Please note that it usually takes 10-14 days for the countertop fabricators to measure the countertop template and install the countertops. There will not be much else going on during this time besides waiting for the countertops.
*If you do not have a semi-custom cabinetry installed, then you may have a “freestanding” or “drop-in” vanity that does not require the cabinet and countertop installation process and is instead included in the trim out section. In this case, you can skip this step and go straight to trim out.
Step 5: Trim out
We are in the final stretch! For a bathroom remodel, this phase may include paint, drop-in vanity installation, plumbing and electrical fixture installation, bath accessories, etc.
