Revive Kitchen and Bath is a full service home remodeling contractor specializing in only complete kitchen and complete bathroom remodels.

Our company only does work on residential homes for homeowners. We do not work on rental properties or investment properties for real estate investors. We do not do commercial remodeling work or perform handyman jobs.

We provide exceptional service throughout Tampa Bay including Hillsborough County and Pinellas County. We are located in Hyde Park in Tampa.

Remodeling Process FAQ

We’re committed to making your home remodeling project efficient while delivering great results. Learn about our process below.

We can typically begin working within 1-2 weeks of signing the contract. Upon contract execution, our team will work with you to select all materials, order them and have them delivered to your home. Once all materials are present at the job site, we begin work.

Our crews typically work from Monday- Friday from 9am to 5pm.

You can reach out to our management team at anytime. We also have a 24/7 receptionist that can take messages at anytime at 813-680-4103. If we miss your call, we will get back to you promptly.

Our company takes pride in moving our projects forward in an efficient manner. Each customer is assigned a dedicated project manager whose sole purpose is to ensure that your project runs smoothly and effectively. We want to make the process stress-free for you, and deliver your dream project ASAP while doing all work beautifully.

Project timelines vary greatly depending on the size and scope of work to be completed. Project considerations such as the permitting process and any special materials that may be on back order that the client selects should be considered.

Yes, we have great design professionals on our team that will be happy to help you with your design needs. Our team will meet with you and help you decide on your project’s layout, color scheme, materials selection and so much more!

All changes in work must be discussed with a Revive Kitchen and Bath manager. All changes will be detailed in a change order contract, and must be signed before work is to be continued.

General Qualifications:

600 credit score or above. (If you do not have above a 600 credit score, we can refer you to a company that may help boost your credit score.)

Monthly household income of $3,500/month or above ($42,000 annual income). This income can be combined with another household member.

Please Note: We are approved and preferred vendors with a handful of reputable lenders that specialize in home improvement loans. Please call for more details regarding our great financing options.

Billing differs depending on how our client finances the job. Some financing options call for us to be paid upon substantial work completion. Other billing is to be paid in draws throughout the project that are determined before commencing work and are detailed and clearly displayed in the contract.

We charge based on lump sum. We will give you one price that includes all labor, cost of materials, purchasing and transporting of materials, design consulting, construction consulting, project management, price of permits, management of inspections, management of permits, and all management of jobs from A to Z.

There may be allowances for materials in the contract with a suggested or base price of materials. Homeowners may choose to pick materials under or over the base allowances and the total price of the job will be increased or decreased accordingly.

Insurance And Guarantees

Yes, we are a licensed certified building contractor with the state of Florida, which is a desirable designation earned by construction industry professionals. To earn the licensed certified building contractors license, one must successfully pass a thorough examination process, prove a strong record of credit-worthiness, exemplify professionalism, and hold a proven track record of successful construction experience. Our license number is CBC1264856.

Our business is heavily insured with general liability and workers compensation insurance. Holding these insurances is very important and allows us to take the risk and liability off our customers.

Our company is bonded to provide additional security and protection to our clients. We want our clients to feel comfortable and certain that their home remodeling project is in good hands.

Yes, we run all crews and subcontractors through a thorough application and vetting process before they begin working for our company. This process includes background checks, license verification, verification of applicable insurances, quality of work, etc. Overtime, we have built strong relationships and a large rolodex of the best crews and subcontractors for each trade.

We offer one (1) year warranties on all of our work. Revive Kitchen and Bath works for our clients’ satisfaction and we stand behind our work. Additionally, many of our materials have great warranties as well. For example, most of our cabinets are backed by a lifetime warranty. Please speak with your home remodeling consultant regarding all warranties when we come out to your home for your free in-home estimate and consultation.

 


Other FAQs

Yes, please. We want to make sure that all decision makers and anyone involved in the home remodeling project is present during the initial in-home consultation. Our in-home consultations are 60-90 minutes on average and we cover a lot of information. It is very important that everyone is on the same page and understands the entire process.
We will be happy to come meet with you once the home is purchased and closed. However, to best manage our time it is company policy to not do estimates and in-home consultations until closing. You may call us to set up and appointment for right after your closing.
We will be happy to come meet with you once you are closer to wanting to begin your remodeling project, typically within the next month. However, to best manage our time it is company policy to not do consultations until you are ready to begin your project.
Our company usually handles all material purchasing and installation. This way we are able to insure warranties, correct material specifications and quality, appropriate material handling, transportation and installation.
We do all of the home remodeling work from A to Z to ensure a 100% successful project completion and insure all of our work.
